Mark E. Lewis is a true local, born and raised in Daytona Beach. He is truly a renaissance man, with a background in acting, sports and the military, he has always been a true artist at heart. After a career working with the Daytona International Speedway and putting his art second, he has decided to make a change and focus on himself, and his art.
Currently, Lewis spends his life coaching high school football at Seabreeze High School and creating unique digital artwork. Lewis is the first digital artist to be exhibited at Gallery500.

My art training is mostly self-taught. I’ve been artistic since I was a kid, but painting and drawing in the conventional sense is actually boring. My love for endurance racing especially, formed the basis of my style. I love night racing pieces featuring the cars of the 24 Hours of Daytona, Le Mans and the 12 Hours of Sebring
