Colors of Summer June 5 – August 30, 2026

CLOSING RECEPTION: Thursday, August 27.  5 - 7 pm

at Gallery500

Summer arrives in a burst: golden light spilling across the water, color saturating everything it touches. At Gallery500, we're welcoming the season with Colors of Summer, an exhibition that celebrates the full spectrum of contemporary fine art and the joy of living with work you love.

Colors of Summer brings together a diverse selection of paintings, photography, and mixed media that span styles, subjects, and sensibilities. From luminous coastal scenes to bold abstractions, from quiet moments in nature to vibrant celebrations of everyday life, this exhibition is an invitation to explore and to find the piece that speaks to you.

More than a single theme or movement, Colors of Summer reflects something we believe deeply: that great art isn't one thing. It's expressive and restrained, familiar and surprising, classical and contemporary, sometimes all at once. This season, we've opened the gallery wide to showcase the breadth of artists we represent and the range of work available to bring into your home or collection.

Whether you're a seasoned collector or simply gallery-curious, we hope Colors of Summer feels like a breath of warm air — welcoming, vibrant, and full of possibility.

Colors of Summer is on view June 5 through August 30. Gallery hours are Tuesday through Saturday 11 AM to 8 PM, Sunday 12 to 6 PM, and Monday by appointment.. Browse available works at gallery500.art or stop by and see them in person at OneDaytona.

Join one of our favorite artists for a fun, hands-on mug-making workshop where you'll create your own one-of-a-kind ceramic mug with Julie Latayan. Whether you've never touched clay before or you're looking to get creative again, this class is designed for everyone. No experience is necessary, and Julie will guide you every step of the way.
